CLINIC BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Sophie Austin Skin, we understand how valuable your time is, and as a business, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a smooth-running clinic. We appreciate time is limited and expensive, so we ask that, with respect that, you be mindful of our clinic’s booking Terms & Conditions.
These policies allow us to provide all clients with the same level of exceptional customer service whilst maintaining a level of good business practice.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your appointment please be mindful that if we are provided less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee of the booked service value will be charged.
NO SHOWS
If there is a situation where you do not attend your appointment without notice, 100% service value will be charged. We have the most amazing online booking system however, please be mindful that if you have historically had an appointment where you did not show, the system will automatically request 100% payment to secure a booking.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals become costly to our business. If your arrival time means you have missed or have not received a portion of your booked service, a 50% charge of the service value will be applied to your invoice.
